What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk - $60k position at Henderson Harbor Group?
One of our clients is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! You will take ownership of the Accounts Payable process and will be hands on with Accounting and Operation tasks!
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions and verify vendor bills
- Large chart of accounts experience (50 GL Codes)
- Post bills into the system, track expenses and process expense reports,
- Assist with check runs
- Prepare bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries
- Assist with month-end closings
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Assist with year-end tax returns preparations including 1099 filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in excel and QuickBooks
- 1-2 years experience in Accounting or related internships
Salary : $60,000
