FMT Team Leader (FT & PT)
This position requires a master’s degree in the Behavioral Health Science field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Licensed in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). Minimum two (2) years related work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses and/or co-occurring disorders. Two (2) years of supervisory experience strongly desired. This position supervises and coordinates multidisciplinary staff in the provision of behavioral health services which include admissions, discharge and service provision. Has frequent interaction with Court staff, residential representatives, Henderson staff, referral sources and other individuals that are part of the client’s treatment team. Meets regularly with staff and conduct daily meetings. This position reports to the Director of Community Support CRS. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
