Project Accountant - Up to 79k - Stability, Learning & Growth- HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer invoices, progress billings, and monthly statements for active construction projects.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and project information within the accounting system to ensure invoices are complete, accurate, and ahead of deadlines - contract terms, billing-terms, and job-cost information.
- Assist with month-end processes by reconciling billing, receivables, and project cost information.
- Partner with company leaders to gather documentation before invoices are sent to clients.
- Respond to internal and client billing questions and help resolve discrepancies.
