What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Hempel Income Tax Service, Inc.?
We are looking for a new office receptionist to help with administrative tasks. This position will be part time, 4 hours a day Monday through Friday. The hours are 1PM to 5PM from January 1st through April 15th. From April16th through December 31st it will be 12PM to 4PM.
The position responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, collecting documents, obtaining signatures from clients, filing, scanning documents, and new account application preparation.
A high school diploma is required, associate degree is preferred. Must have 2 or more years of experience in a professional office setting. Must have experience with Apple and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
