What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Onsite Technician position at Hemmersbach?
Role:
- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
- Printer support (Installation)
- Conference Room support (Equipment setup and troubleshooting)
- Network support (standard patching and cabling)
- Ability to build relationships
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

Requirements:
- Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Intune, standard corporate software (VPN, AV, Office 365, etc.)
- Familiarity with Mac OS would be a plus
- Basic support for Mobile devices, Meeting rooms equipment, MF Printers,
- Able to work under pressure/busy environment
- This role is a Salary Non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $46,100.00 USD.
