We are seeking dependable and motivated Landscape Laborers and Drivers to join our team based out of Zellwood. This position involves a wide range of hands-on responsibilities focused on maintaining and improving outdoor environments. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys outdoor work, and is interested in developing skills in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and overall property care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Assist with soil preparation and installation of flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Utilize hand tools for digging, planting, and general landscape tasks
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming and pruning for proper growth
- Operate irrigation systems to maintain proper hydration of turf and plant material
- Assist with snow removal operations when needed to maintain safe and accessible areas
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and disposing of waste properly
- Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and to company standards
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or related experience is preferred but not required
- Basic familiarity with landscaping tools and gardening practices is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and extended periods of labor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Willingness to learn and apply new landscaping techniques and best practices
- Valid driver’s license required for driver roles and eligibility for driver pay
