About Us:
We are a growing landscaping firm committed to building a strong, compliant, and motivated team. We’re looking for an organized HR Manager to oversee HR operations, ensure smooth employee processes, and support our leadership in growing the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, raises, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems (Inova).
- Administer benefits, insurance, leave tracking, bonuses, and deductions.
- Run recruitment campaigns on really and other platforms.
- Ensure compliance with E-Verify and other HR regulations.
- Support direct reports (Time & Attendance Specialist and Candidate Screener) and provide guidance on HR processes.
- Generate HR reports and assist management with staffing and HR initiatives.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and core values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency with HR software (Inova preferred).
- Knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
