We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead field operations, oversee crews, and ensure every project meets our high standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Spend approximately 60% of your time in the field managing crews, subcontractors, and daily operations.
- Open and close sites (roll-out/roll-in), oversee schedules, and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Supervise enhancement and tree crews, along with any subcontractors working on assigned sites.
- Handle customer concerns, provide solutions, and maintain high service standards.
- Conduct training for crews on safety protocols, equipment use, and quality standards.
- Perform site audits and final hour audits to maintain productivity and operational accuracy.
- Manage branch equipment and inventory, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Monitor labor hours, implement strategies to control costs, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure branch security and compliance with all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify operational improvements and implement best practices.
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and core values consistently.
