Helm is hiring a second shift Print Service Operator. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining a high-volume Document Reproduction Center utilizing high speed copiers/printers, maintaining a production schedule, and quality standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Of The Print Services Operator
Education/Experience for the Print Services Operator position:
High School Diploma and/or GED, Two (2) years of digital print experience

Helm is hiring a second shift Print Service Operator. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining a high-volume Document Reproduction Center utilizing high speed copiers/printers, maintaining a production schedule, and quality standards.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Of The Print Services Operator
- Operates multiple machines while adhering to quality and production schedule
- Effectively communicate with customers, team members, management
- File manipulation and pre-press setup using appropriate software and hardware
- Establish files for document archival according to quality standards
- Retrieve stored files and send to machines
- Quality control and verification of all required output
- Communicate with Print Services Management as necessary for periodic status and incident resolution
- Daily cleaning and general maintenance of the digital print center equipment and stock area
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Use Helm Business System and all required applications and processes
- Perform other relevant tasks as required
Education/Experience for the Print Services Operator position:
High School Diploma and/or GED, Two (2) years of digital print experience
Required Competencies For The Print Services Operator Position
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email and Web
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task successfully
- Basic Math Skills
