What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain DTG printing and finishing equipment
- Produce high-quality printed garments that meet customer expectations
- Monitor production schedules and help ensure on-time order completion
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Troubleshoot minor equipment and print issues
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented production environment
- Experience required as necessary to perform the duties of the role
- Previous experience in garment decoration, especially Direct-to-Garment printing, is a plus
- Experience with screen printing, embroidery, dye-sublimation, or heat transfers is highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
