Summary: Hello Kitty Cafe in Las Vegas is opening its first Hello Kitty Grand Café located in the Forum Shops of Caesars Palace this summer 2026. Offering an expanded menu, elevated service, and a fine dining experience showcasing the characters everyone knows and loves, we are seeking servers to assist our guests.
Job Description: Hello Kitty Grand Café servers are the bridge between the restaurant and its guests. They are expected to deliver the highest quality of service possible, from a guest's arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a friendly, outgoing, attentive, and high-energy demeanor.
- Ensure a positive guest experience and overall enjoyment.
- Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and service.
- Present yourself in a professional manner.
- Serving a section of tables assigned by management
- Maintain rolling side work, as well as opening and/or closing duties
- Accurately taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests.
- Learning and relaying allergens and guest accommodations by answering guest questions
- Upholding safety sanitation guidelines and attention to detail
- Building memorable positive interactions with our customers, teammates and community
- Demonstrating a positive and approachable attitude for the team
- Consistently communicating with management to ensure the quality of the service provided
- Supporting and teaching new hires through in-store training
- Continually lending a helping hand to your teammates, customers and others
- All other duties as directed
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 21 years old
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- A valid Nevada Food Handler's Card
- Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic
- One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
