Summary: Hello Kitty Cafe in Las Vegas is opening its first Hello Kitty Grand Café located in the Forum Shops of Caesars Palace this summer 2026. Offering an expanded menu, elevated service, and a fine dining experience showcasing the characters everyone knows and loves, we are seeking mocktailtenders to create beverages for our guests.
Job Description: Hello Kitty Grand Café mocktailtenders curate handcrafted mocktails and other beverages consistently with exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master non-alcoholic beverage recipes and garnishes
- Master coffee beverages
- Set Up and Break down of bar area
- Prepping and Pre Batching recipes as needed
- Sanitation and cleanliness of bar and bar prep areas
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 21 years old
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- A valid Nevada Food Handler's Card
- Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic
- One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
