Summary: Hello Kitty Cafe in Las Vegas is opening its first Hello Kitty Grand Café located in the Forum Shops of Caesars Palace this summer 2026. Offering an expanded menu, elevated service, and a fine dining experience showcasing the characters everyone knows and loves, we are seeking hosts to greet and assist our guests.
Job Description: Hello Kitty Grand Café hosts create an unforgettable guest experience as the first and last touch point of every guest. They are expected to deliver the highest quality of service possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and warmth, creating a genuine first impression
- Manage reservations, plotting tables, starting and maintaining waitlist
- Communicating with managers to ensure smooth dining room flow
- Answering phones, taking reservations and answering guest questions
- Maintaining an organized, clean and sanitary host station
- Knowledge of menus and promotions
- All other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 21 years old
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- A valid Nevada Food Handler's Card
- Must have excellent communication skills and work ethic
- One weekend shift requirement (Sat/Sun)
