Job Duties: How You Win Everyday
- Training Program Strategy: Design, organize, and continuously improve a training ecosystem that scales with our growing franchise network
- Onboarding & Core Programs: Lead our 101 onboarding experience and develop best-in-class sales and production training that sets owners up to win from day one
- Network Education: Plan and facilitate system-wide webinars, workshops, and learning sessions that keep our franchise community sharp and connected
- Field & Ops Alignment: Collaborate closely with field and operations teams to ensure training reflects what's actually happening on the ground — and drives results in the field
- Culture of Learning: Champion accountability, connection, and continuous growth across the entire Hello Garage network
- 3 years of experience building training programs from the ground up
- Experience facilitating large group training or presentations
- You thrive in a scrappy, high-growth environment where no two days look the same
- You believe great training changes lives and you've got the experience to back it up
- Exceptional communicator and influencer with franchisees, peers, and executives.
