Starting Pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience.
Bonus Structure: You'll work in a crew of two. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency. The more efficient your team, the higher your potential earnings.
High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members can earn up to $30-45 hourly. There's no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!

Job Duties: How You Win Everyday

- As part of our team, you'll perform in-home Poly aspartic floor coatings, custom garage cabinetry, drop zones, etc. Your work will leave homeowners grateful and secure.
- Operate with confidence that all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and that you'll be trained to use it effectively. Your safety and health are our top priority.

Qualifications: What You Offer
- At least 1 year of experience in any of the following: Flooring installation, Construction, Painting, Masonry, Carpentry
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check
- Ability to obtain a DOT med card
- Ability to travel 10 % of the time
- Must be at least 18 years of age
