The Contract Compliance Assistant supports the department by managing, tracking and ensuring adherence to legal and contractual obligations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and an understanding of specific regulatory and contractual requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Organize subcontract agreements/documents for review
- Manage Contracts inbox and route correspondence to correct team/department using good judgment to prioritize in a timely manner
- Ability to handle multiple projects and activities seamlessly
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
- Willingness to improve industry knowledge & learn new skills
- Dependable and self-driven
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to copying, faxing, mail distribution and filing
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal or Compliance training a plus
- 2 years of hands-on administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of standard office equipment
- Detail oriented
- Construction/Contracts background a plus
- Hourly pay based on experience. Overtime pay after 40 hours per week
- Eligible for health insurance after 60 days
