Duties

• Coordinate between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Plate dishes attractively according to presentation standards and restaurant guidelines
• Assist with food preparation tasks to support chefs during busy service hours
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Monitor food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
• Communicate clearly with team members about order status and special requests
• Support banquet or event service by preparing and organizing large quantities of food as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and presentation techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with hospitality or hotel service environments is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized during busy shifts
