We are seeking a Lead Reporting Developer with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) experience as they transition from build to production. This role will build and drive the design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions that support enterprise-wide analytics and reporting needs, particularly in Finance and Operations.

We are seeking a Lead Reporting Developer with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) experience as they transition from build to production. This role will build and drive the design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions that support enterprise-wide analytics and reporting needs, particularly in Finance and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead for data visualization and report development for FDI and OAC including maintaining and configuring FDI
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Technology to gather requirements and translate them into actionable stories and specifications.
- Lead the design and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and data models that enable business decision-making.
- Ensure data integration and alignment across Oracle ERP and EPM systems.
- Prioritize features and coordinate with development teams for timely, high-quality delivery.
- Create views within ADW to support reporting.
- Monitor performance, adoption, and data quality, driving continuous improvement.
- Support UAT, user training, and documentation.
- Stay current on Oracle updates and data analytics best practices.
- 5 years’ experience in business data analysis, report development, data visualization
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Experience with ADW and data modeling
- Banking experience with strong understanding of financial processes and KPIs.
- Experience in Agile environments (JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle OAC or Fusion ERP/EPM certification
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ETL tools (ODI)
- Familiarity with other cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure)
- Experience in finance transformation
