The ideal candidate brings deep experience in banking and agile product delivery, with a strong focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Prioritize features, tech debt, and defects to maximize business value
- Define acceptance criteria, ensure stories meet definition of done
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and system demos
- Identify and manage risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on deliverables
- Represent customer and business needs throughout the product lifecycle
- Report on status, risks, and progress to business and technology leadership
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of experience in Product Management or Agile project delivery
- Background in Consumer, Business, or Commercial Banking
- Proven leadership of high-performing agile teams
- Experience with Salesforce / Financial Services Cloud
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
- Background as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or BSA
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certifications in Product Ownership, Scrum, or Scaled Agile
