We are seeking Membership Format (gym, tanning, waxing, spa, apartment leasing) sales professionals with tenacity and the ability to take initiative, self-manage, and be highly driven by achieving goals.

 

This position offers hourly pay and a lucrative commission program, where persuasive skills are rewarded with additional earning potential. Responsibilities 

·         Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales 

·         Approach Clients Outside the Retreat with live sales calls, Social Media, Website Optimization, and direct digital marketing.
 ·        Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy 

·         Educate prospects confidently and effectively about services and products 

·         Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation 

·         Develop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guests 

 

Qualifications 

·         Three years' plus demonstrated excellence in Membership sales. 
·         Exceptional guest service and communication abilities 

·         Passionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service 

·         Proficient with broadcast email and sms platforms
·         Proficient with all Social Media platforms
·         Experience with DM conversations
·         Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor 

·         Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts 

·         Thrives in collaborative team settings
