Schedule Expectations

• 6–8 hour shifts
• At least 1 weekend shift required
• Day and evening shifts available
  
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Customize facial services based on each guest’s needs
• Perform advanced enhancements (Microdermabrasion, High Frequency, LED, Peels, Aromatherapy)
• Actively engage guests in the lobby to build rapport and trust
• Educate guests on long-term skincare and treatment plans
• Recommend and sell retail products with confidence
• Drive rebooking and retention through genuine relationship-building

• Active state esthetics license

• Ability to perform 50-minute & 90-minute hands-on facial services
