Roles & Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and be accountable for all aspects of Retreat operations with the Retreat Director
Manager on Duty when the Retreat Director is not present.
Lead by example: Achieve personal SALES goals as well as Team SALES goals
Coach Team Members to achieve peak performance
Create a positive Team environment that is passionate about providing Guest service
Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 Years Of Sales And Retail Management Experience
Experience in managing hourly wage employees
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
People-oriented with strong Guest service skills and public relations
Working knowledge of computers and standard software
Industry Knowledge And Experience Preferred
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
