What You'll Be Doing
- Perform regular maintenance, including greasing, cutting, welding, andservicing air/pneumatic systems.
- Maintain and repair conveyor belts and conveying systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and automated batching systems (a plus).
- Operate a front-end loader to supply the batch plant with aggregates and other materials.
- Travel to various facilities as needed to support operations.
- Follow all Heidelberg Safety protocols.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $30-$33 per hour.
