What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and optimize electrical systems supporting cement production, utilities, and material handling operations
- Drive reliability, safety, and performance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades and capital projects
- Apply standards and best practices to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and company policies
- Analyze system performance data and implement solutions to improve uptime, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
What Are We Looking For
- Strong capability in industrial electrical systems, power distribution, drives, PLCs, and instrumentation
- Proven ability to lead technical problem solving and deliver practical, plant-ready solutions
- Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills to effectively support cross-functional teams
- Sound understanding of electrical safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Ability to manage priorities effectively in a continuous, heavy industrial manufacturing environment
