What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate the scale system to accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and generate weight tickets for all material movements.
- Provide courteous, efficient customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site traffic flow and communicate with the plant team to support safe operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Capability to learn site systems, tools, and weighing procedures.
- Effective communication skills with customers, drivers, and team members.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and high‑quality work.
