What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and schedule concrete deliveries to meet customer needs and optimize fleet operations Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and plant personnel to ensure smooth delivery execution Monitor delivery progress in real time and proactively adjust schedules to maintain service quality Use dispatching software and communication tools to manage orders and logistics efficiently Document delivery details, customer interactions, and any service issues with accuracy and professionalism What Are We Looking For Exceptional communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues under pressure Familiarity with dispatching systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) A proactive, safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to operational excellence Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on delivering outstanding service Work Environment This role is based in a dispatch office setting with frequent communication via phone, radio, and computer systems.
