What You'll Be Doing: Assist in identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions Support the sales team with outreach, proposal development, and lead generation Learn our products, services, and operations to strengthen client engagement Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and technical teams Analyze market trends and help define potential growth opportunities Uphold safety, ethical, and professional standards in all activities What Are We Looking For: Current juniors or seniors pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields Passion for sales, client service, and building professional relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills Adaptable team player with initiative and drive Organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite is a plus Work Environment: Combination of office and field work. Exposure to various weather conditions. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
