We are seeking an energetic and strategic Customer Service and Operations Manager to lead our operational team and drive efficiency across our logistics and freight forwarding services. Duties
- Lead and supervise operational teams to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding activities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company goals to enhance productivity and service quality
- Oversee profit & loss management, analyzing financial reports to optimize costs and maximize profitability
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships
- Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of logistics solutions while maintaining high standards of quality
- Continuously evaluate operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement effective process enhancements
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, mentorship, and clear communication
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a strong track record in supervising teams within logistics or related industries
- Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of profit & loss management, business development, and sales strategies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
