Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Compensation: $110,000-150,000

The Role

We are looking for a Service Manager who is not afraid of muck and mire.
We want someone who is present in the field, visible to the team, and setting the standard every day**.**
Here’s what matters most:
- Driving daily execution across scheduling, routing, and field readiness
- Owning performance metrics including revenue, efficiency, and labor
- Leading, coaching, and holding technicians accountable
Every now and then, you may also assist with process improvements, hiring support, and cross-functional coordination with leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesWin the Day (Daily Operations)
- Verify team scheduling, routing, and readiness each morning
- Monitor and deliver on daily revenue targets
- Assign trucks, partners, and start times for the following day
- Review dispatch board for routing efficiency, technician capability, and compliance
Own the Numbers
- Drive daily and weekly production targets across the fleet
- Review invoices for accuracy, collections, and gross margin compliance
- Manage direct labor costs and improve operational efficiency
- Verify, plan, and log all disposal activity while ensuring manifest compliance
Talent Development
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with drivers and technicians
- Provide coaching, feedback, and hands-on training
- Identify and develop high-potential team members into future leaders
- Ride along with technicians regularly to maintain standards & gain insights
Maintain Standards and Compliance
- Oversee pre-trip inspections and required documentation
- Track vehicle maintenance, coordinate repairs, and manage vendors
- Enforce safety protocols in the field
- Review, manage & approve technician expenses and incentive requests
Report Up, Communicate Down
- Attend weekly leadership and business review meetings
- Proactively communicate field issues, staffing gaps, and equipment needs
- Translate company goals into clear expectations for the team

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in field operations, service management, or similar role
- Experience managing CDL drivers or field service technicians strongly preferred
- Strong leadership presence — leads from the front in the field
- Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining strong relationships
- Comfortable working with production metrics, reporting, and real-time decision making
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- CDL, liquid waste, sewer, or drain experience is a plus (not required)
