Job Summary
Maintain student attendance, including but not limited to, inputting daily ASES/ELOP attendance in the computer program and creating a class list, make phone calls to verify absences and will perform routine office tasks such as making copies or preparing documents.
Requirements / Qualifications
Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent Current TB Skin Test Clerical experience preferred Requirements: *Experience using word processing *Experience using spreadsheets *Experience completing different forms (timesheets, rosters, ICOE reports) *Experience with after-school programs *Good communication skills Responsibilities: *Log in daily attendance *Organize and manage all program documents *Arrange for coverage for classes if needed *Create weekly attendance logs *Answer phones and call parents *Complete monthly timesheets *Prepare and submit required reports
