Essential Functions
- Unload donations from multiple trucks throughout the day
- Sort products efficiently using warehouse equipment
- Identify and remove defective or unsellable items
- Create bales as needed throughout the workday
- Assist in maintaining warehouse inventory and organization
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members, leadership, and donors
- Maintain a customer-focused approach in all tasks and interactions
- Perform job duties accurately to support overall operational success
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines
- Support team efforts to meet department and company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
- Strong attendance and punctuality
