- Perform and document daily vehicle inspections
- Service assigned donation bins in a timely and safe manner
- Load and unload donation items and bins
- Maintain accurate route logs and operate route software
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse staff
- Represent Hearts Foundation Inc. professionally in the community
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Minimum 2 years straight/box truck driving experience required
- CDL preferred but not required
- Current driving abstract required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
- Strong attendance and punctuality (5:00 AM start time)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
