Now Hiring – Temporary Phone Assistant
Location: Lincoln, NE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
Position Type: Temporary
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Phone Assistant to help support a busy local retail business. This is a temporary position that would be a great fit for someone who is comfortable talking with customers and enjoys staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member
- Take accurate messages and customer information
- Help answer basic questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, or service
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with light office and administrative duties as needed

- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or office experience is helpful but not required
