Carpenter / Custom Door Builder

Location: Lincoln, NE

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Some overtime available during peak periods)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter / Custom Door Builder to join a growing team in Lincoln. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and has strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for building and assembling custom exterior door units using carpentry skills, woodworking techniques, and hand and power tools. This position offers stable, full-time work with opportunities for overtime and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and assemble complete custom door units with precision and quality

· Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively

· Read and follow build specifications and measurements accurately

· Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

· Support quality control standards throughout the build process

· Maintain reliable attendance and contribute to overall team success

Qualifications

· Carpentry, woodworking, or finish carpentry experience preferred

· Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

· Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

· Ability to read a tape measure accurately

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

· Willingness to learn and grow within the company

· Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting

· Valid driver’s license required

· Ability to work in Lincoln, NE
