NOW HIRING – Seed Production Worker
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join a seed production team. This is a hands-on position working with seed throughout the production, processing, and packaging process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with seed production and processing
- Clean, sort, package, and prepare seed
- Operate basic production and seed-processing equipment
- Fill, weigh, label, and stack seed bags
- Move and organize seed and other materials
- Perform basic quality checks throughout production
- Clean equipment and production areas
- Assist with loading and unloading as needed
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Help with other production duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, agriculture, or farm experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Mechanically inclined is a plus
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well with a team
- Willing to learn different areas of the seed production process
