NOW HIRING – Underground Construction Laborer
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join an underground construction crew. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn’t afraid of physical work, and wants to build experience in the construction industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with underground utility and construction projects
- Dig and prepare trenches for underground installation
- Assist with installing pipe, conduit, and other underground utilities
- Backfill trenches and help restore jobsites
- Use hand and power tools
- Assist equipment operators and other crew members
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Perform general jobsite cleanup
- Work around excavators, skid steers, trenchers, and other equipment
- Follow all jobsite and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction, underground utility, excavation, or general labor experience is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Dependable and able to work well with a crew
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Equipment operating experience is a plus, but not required
