Parts Associate (Appliance Parts Department)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Associate to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our appliance parts department organized, stocked, and running efficiently. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in staying organized, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order parts based on daily reports and technician requests
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming appliance parts
- Maintain inventory, including frequently requested stock items
- Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Process returns and exchanges for defective parts with manufacturers or distributors
- Communicate with vendors regarding missing or incorrect orders
- Pull and prepare parts for upcoming service calls
- Restock front counter inventory
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to regularly lift 20–30 lbs
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
