Required Skills
- Experience working with procurement systems such as Oracle
- Supplier-facing experience for RFQs and project communication
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving expertise
- Knowledge of A3 methodology and lean manufacturing principles
- International sourcing experience and cross-functional project management
- Supplier development, materials management, and quality improvement experience
- Familiarity with tariff mitigation and total cost of ownership strategies
- Experience with finance month-end validation and price negotiations
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, operations, or engineering
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, engineering, project management, or related fields
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and operate independently
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience with industry-standard software and tools

Salary : $44 - $47
