This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the consistency of accounting work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in managing the essential day-to-day financial functions of a business. This is not a stepping-stone role—we’re looking for someone who values stability and enjoys the routine of weekly and monthly accounting responsibilities.

- Support weekly and monthly accounting processes including reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in payroll and accounting (construction experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, and deductions
- Experience handling garnishments, child support, and related compliance
- Familiarity with construction payroll, job costing, or certified payroll is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage recurring deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who enjoys the routine and structure of accounting work
- A reliable, steady professional who takes pride in consistency and accuracy
- A team player looking for a long-term, stable role (not a fast-track advancement position)
Compensation:
- Salary: $80,000 – $95,000
- Direct hire opportunity with a stable and growing organization
If you’re someone who enjoys accounting, thrives in a structured environment, and wants a long-term role where you can make an impact through consistency and accuracy, we’d love to connect.
