You will directly advance warfighter readiness by modernizing financial operations, achieving standalone audit readiness, and delivering measurable efficiencies - all strictly within the USUHS environment and tools.

Job Summary Develop and maintain multiple-year strategic budget models and cost estimates that inform executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build dynamic multi-year budget models with scenario planning and trend analysis.
• Perform indirect cost and reimbursement analysis.
• Conduct advanced data analytics to identify financial trends and efficiencies.
• Support Program Objective Memorandums and Budget Estimate Submissions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of federal budget/financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills.
• Secret clearance eligibility required.
