We seek applicants for a full-time Testing Facilitator to administer and provide test security for exams proctored in the College’s Testing Center , including placement, make-up, and community proctoring. Will also provide administrative and data entry support for the Testing Center.
This position will include evening and weekend hours.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Manage all aspects of the operation of the testing room in accordance with established procedures.
- Uphold established procedures to ensure exams are proctored according to required specifications
- Review test scores and related outcomes with students
- Assist with data entry and reporting as guided by the Associate Director
- Maintain familiarity and compliance with testing vendors’ policies and procedures through ongoing training
- Provide excellent customer service through daily interactions with students, faculty and staff, and community members
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
- Maintain familiarity and compliance with testing vendors’ policies and procedures through ongoing training opportunities.
- Enforce policies, complete incident reports for all policy violations, and regularly apprise the Associate Director, Testing Center.
- Associate degree or appropriate experience/education
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to learn and utilize various computer programs
- Ability to effectively enforce established policies and procedures
- Ability to use good judgment and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to become a certified test administrator as needed
- Work experience in a testing environment
- Familiarity with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
- Experience with data management
