Overview
Are you the kind of person who loves a good checklist, lives for deadlines, and gets real satisfaction from a perfectly organized file? Then you might be our next Transaction Facilitator—the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps real estate deals moving from “under contract” to “keys in hand.”
Full-time position Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (In person). Overtime may be required during busy season.

What You’ll Do
- Gather, review, and organize closing documents.
- Prepare and balance figures for closing.
- Communicate with agents, lenders, clients, and internal team members.
- Update files and systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with resolving issues and answering questions along the way.
- Be the calm, organized force behind successful closings.
- Facilitate closings, construction escrow services, and perform additional administrative tasks (as needed).
