Microsoft Intune & Enterprise MDM Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Intune & Enterprise MDM Specialist to support an agency’s mobile device and endpoint management environment. This role will focus on implementing, configuring, securing, and optimizing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID solutions while modernizing device deployment and management processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and application deployment.
- Implement endpoint security policies, security baselines, and device management standards.
- Integrate Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE, and Android Enterprise.
- Support migrations from Meraki and other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
- Configure Windows Autopilot and streamline endpoint provisioning.
- Troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, application deployment, and device compliance issues.
- Ensure alignment with state, federal, and agency security requirements.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation recommendations, and process improvements.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to agency IT staff.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve endpoint security, automation, and device management workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Experience implementing enterprise mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE, device enrollment, and application deployment.
- Knowledge of conditional access, compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in state government or public sector environments.
- Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
- Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
- Knowledge of STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.
- Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or endpoint management.
- Experience integrating MDM solutions with ticketing or asset management systems.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Salary : $60 - $70
