The client is looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to support its SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system. This person will lead data migration and integration efforts between SuccessFactors, SAP ECC (HCM/FI), and external vendor or legacy systems.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with SuccessFactors implementations, system integrations, data migration, and ongoing production support. They must also be comfortable documenting technical requirements, coordinating with functional and non-technical teams, and mentoring staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, loads, and extracts.
- Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces between SuccessFactors EC, SAP ECC HCM/FI, and non-SAP systems.
- Configure and utilize SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SuccessFactors Integration Center.
- Create integration designs, data mapping documents, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate data dependencies, integration schedules, and data transfers across teams.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure accurate data exchange.
- Mentor and train internal staff responsible for ongoing system support.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in data migration, interfaces, and system integration.
- Experience leading data migration and integration activities for a recent SuccessFactors implementation.
- Participation in at least two recent SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, including production support.
- Strong functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
- Experience creating technical designs, data mapping documents, and specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Public sector or government experience.
- SAP ABAP programming experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to explain data-related tasks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and training teams for ongoing production support.
