Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health | 2nd Shift

12-Week Contract | 40 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend | Potential OT

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health setting.


Schedule

  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
  • 40 hours/week
  • Every other weekend


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and complete nursing assessments.
  • Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
  • Participate in treatment planning and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Support patients with behavioral health and psychiatric needs.


Requirements

  • 2 years of RN experience
  • Active Connecticut RN license or qualifying compact/multistate license
  • Strong clinical, communication, and assessment skills


Preferred: Behavioral health hospital experience and experience working with youth with complex psychiatric needs.

Salary : $55 - $60
