We’re looking for a confident, motivated Customer Service Representartive who’s comfortable talking with customers, working through tough conversations, and finding solutions that work.
In this role, you’ll manage a group of accounts and work directly with customers to help resolve outstanding balances. A big part of the job is listening to each customer’s situation, discussing their options, and negotiating realistic payment solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage your own group of customer accounts
- Reach out to customers regarding outstanding balances
- Talk through their situation and help determine the best path forward
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and payoffs within company guidelines
- Use available tools to locate updated customer contact information when needed
- Keep clear and accurate notes on conversations and account activity
- Work toward individual productivity and recovery goals
- Handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
- Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations
- Provide a respectful and professional experience, even when conversations are challenging
