We're looking for a Temporary Associate Supply Chain Planner to help keep inventory moving and support the day-to-day operations of a busy supply chain team. If you're organized, enjoy working with data, and have experience with inventory or ERP systems, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain planning and operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for assigned products.
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple distribution centers to help maintain product availability.
- Use SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) to track inventory, process material movements, and support inventory management activities.
- Generate daily operational reports and assist with truck loading activities in SAP.
- Create purchase orders, receive materials, and process outbound shipments using IFS.
- Support inventory forecasting, financial reporting, and scrap approval processes.
- Monitor SKU shipments and help identify potential inventory or supply issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep supply chain operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP MM and/or IFS is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with inventory data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
