Heart to Heart NJ is seeking an experienced Day Program Manager to lead the daily operations of our Ocean County day program, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the day program, ensuring compliance with NJ DDD regulations and agency policy
• Supervise, train, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and program staff
• Develop and implement individualized programming that promotes skill-building, community integration, and participant goals
• Maintain accurate documentation, including individual habilitation plans, incident reports, and required state records
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, guardians, and support coordinators
• Monitor budget, scheduling, and resource allocation for the program
• Ensure a safe environment through regular audits, health and safety protocols, and staff training compliance
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management for program staff

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IDD services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of NJ DDD standards and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
