Job Summary
Physician practice looking for an experienced bookkeeper. The bookkeeper manages the company financial records, ensuring accuracy in tracking income, expenses, and payroll. Candidate records financial transactions, reconciles bank statements, manages accounts payable/receivable, and prepares financial reports like profit and loss statements.
Other duties include reconciling of bank deposits, entering online credit card payments to patient accounts. Manage employee payroll daily, weekly, monthly. Enroll new employees into payroll system. Maintain 401k information and payments for employees. Ensure all health benefits are enrolled and maintained for employees.
Work with company CPA at all times. Quick books and Excel experience a must. Pay range based on experience. ($35-45 per hour). Full Time with health benefits, vacation, sick pay 401k and profit sharing. Confidentiality a must.
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
