What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate transaction records and reporting
- Assist with commission tracking and real estate accounting processes
- Prepare financial statements and support month-end closing
- Work closely with leadership to ensure smooth financial operations
Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
